Workplace Mental Health Training
Psychological injuries cause significant suffering and cost the Canadian economy billions each year, often due to work-related factors like job demands and conditions. The good news is these hazards can be identified and reduced, and workplace mental health training helps. Research shows that workplace interventions improve conditions and support mental health. In Ontario, employers are also legally required to implement violence and harassment policies and train workers on them.
